Rosie McKenzie has a decade of experience as a venture capitalist and impact investor. She is the Vice President of Axioma Capital and serves on the boards of several innovative startups.
Rosie is also a Managing Partner of BAN Ventures (Business Angeles Ventures), an early-stage venture capital fund whose exits include notable companies in the tech and healthcare sectors. She serves on the board of Tech for Good, a nonprofit that supports technology initiatives for social impact.

With over 25 years of experience, Oscar is a seasoned leader in IT, telecommunications, marketing, and international trade.
Currently Oscar serves as the Lead Investor & Managing Partner of Axioma Capital, where invests in and supports innovative startups and pre-seed entrepreneurs. As a business angel, Oscar collaborates with several venture capital funds, playing a crucial role in selecting and nurturing fast-growing, expanding companies.
Oscar has led numerous projects in IT, venture capital, and the A&B sector, showcasing expertise in change management, digital transformation, partner relations, internationalization, and business development. This extensive experience has earned multiple awards and mentions from industry leaders like Cisco and Microsoft, including recognition by Google as one of the best SMEs in Spain.
Residing in Silicon Valley, continues to drive innovation and growth, advising new startup projects and helping established companies enhance their business strategies.
